What will you do?
Based in our office in Utrecht (the Netherlands), our Digital Strategy Lead will work in a team to support customers with their high-level decision making. You will be part of our senior management team and you will contribute to develop our digital transformation capabilities of the team. With your vision, you strengthen our strategic management consulting position and deliver the highest value to our customers.
You help our customers by analyzing their business challenges using best practice management models. Then, you translate your advice in business and IT roadmaps. As such, you guide organizations through their entire digital transformation journey, including communication change readiness and stakeholder and end-user engagement. You apply business and IT operating models to accelerate transformation projects.
- 5+ years’ experience in a technology/IT strategy-related role or expertise in areas like digital strategy or transformation
- Project experience and a deep understanding of the interface between business and IT
- Several years of work experience with large companies in the Financial Services, High Tech, Engineering, Media, Telecommunications, FMCG or Public sector
- A strategic and analytical outlook with a passion for technology
- Proficient with PowerPoint
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in Dutch is a plus
