Magnify People has 2 methods of Recruitment & Selection:
Filling a vacancy on a “no cure no pay” basis
Less commitment from the client, likely resulting in higher competition and potential pressure on quality due to the ad-hoc nature and shorter time-frame. Usually candidates from the database, less time and space for a thorough recruitment plan.
Filling a vacancy on an exclusive basis
We are your host on the labor market! Full 100% attention for you as a customer. We will take you through our entire process and keep you informed about progress at regular intervals. We recruit based on your company profile, so that there is also employer branding.
We believe that exclusive recruitment enhances the reputation of the recruiting organization and allows us to dedicate the necessary time to find the ideal candidate. When a client grants us exclusivity, it demonstrates a mutual commitment, benefiting both parties. In this way, the client gets this exclusivity back from us and only the scarce top talent is introduced to the client and not to other companies. We charge a recruitment & selection fee on the gross annual salary (including holiday pay). We also charge a start-up fee (retainer). This ensures commitment from the customer side and reduces the chance of procedures being broken halfway through. Naturally, this amount will be deducted from the final bill.
What does our process look like:
- Inventory/preparation (You always receive an Action Plan)
- Use of recruitment instruments
- Pre-selection of candidates
- First round of interviews + assessment/personality profile
- Guidance on first round of client interviews
- Follow-up interview(s) + employment conditions
- Completion of procedure + planning evaluations.
